01THE CONTEXT

Designed & built by Ansarify

The numbers are there. The picture is missing.

Finance teams spend too much time collecting documents, entering details and matching transactions. We connected that work in one system, so the same reviewed records can support day-to-day accounting, financial statements and management decisions.

02FROM DOCUMENT TO RECORD

Read once. Put every detail to work.

OCR reads invoices and receipts, extracting suppliers, dates, line items and tax amounts. The system proposes account categories, checks totals and flags possible duplicates. Unclear details go to a person before anything is posted.

  • Match payments with open invoices and keep payables and receivables in view.
  • Trace each entry back to its document, checks and approval.
Illustrative invoice capture. Extracted fields remain subject to review.

03FROM RECORD TO UNDERSTANDING

Three statements. One connected picture.

The balance sheet shows what the business owns and owes. The income statement explains revenue, costs and profit. Cash flow shows where money came from and where it went. Together, they make the position of the business easier to understand.

  • Compare periods, follow overdue invoices and see upcoming payment obligations.
  • AI prepares source-linked explanations and management reports for finance review.

04THE ENGINEERING

The document. The ledger. The explanation.

Accounting rules calculate the numbers. AI helps explain changes and prepare the report. The finance team stays in control of posting, corrections and final sign-off.

Document understanding

OCR and structured extraction turn invoices into typed fields and line items. Confidence checks, arithmetic validation and duplicate detection route uncertain records to review while preserving the original document.

A consistent accounting foundation

Validated entries map to a chart of accounts and reporting periods. Double-entry rules, reconciliation and explicit approvals support a traceable ledger. Statement totals come from accounting calculations, not language-model estimates.

Analysis with a source

The AI reporting layer uses approved financial records to prepare variance explanations and management summaries. Source references, period context and visible assumptions help finance inspect each draft before sharing it with leadership.
